About Us

Our journey began in the darkest hour at night. Whilst others slept soundly, we paced the bedroom, corridors and kitchens in desperation for a good nights sleep. Then when morning came, (which felt like a continuation of the night) we set out our journey to cure insomnia.

Over many years we have tried, (and tested) the best and the worst sleep aids. New mattresses, pillows, herbal supplements. Some were great, and we’ve highlighted them here in articles. Some were awful.

But it was a better understanding of the science of sleep that led us to the perfect night of ZZzzzz!
